Tvrtko I was crowned the first sovereign of Bosnia on 26th October, 1377. Stephen Tvrtko I was the 1st Monarch of Bosnia. He was a popular member of the House of Kotromanić, he thrived his uncle Stephen II as Ban of Bosnia in the year 1353. He was a king for short time, Tvrtko’s father, Vladislav, temporarily reigned as replacement. Primary in his individual rule, Tvrtko argued with his country’s Roman Catholic clergy, but later appreciated affectionate with all the religious communities in his kingdom. He dominated some fragments of the adjoining Serbian Empire in the year 1373, after the demise of its last ruler and his unfriendly relative, Uroš the Weak. In the year 1377, he had himself crowned Monarch of Bosnia and of Serbia, appealing to be the inheritor of Serbia’s destroyed Nemanjić dynasty.

On 26th October, 1520, Charles V was crowned as Holy Roman Ruler. Charles V and I was a sovereign of both the Spanish Kingdom as Charles I and the Holy Roman Empire as Charles V and of the lands of the past Duchy of Burgundy from the year 1506. He willingly stepped down from these and other locations by a sequence of resignations between the years 1554 and 1556. Through heirloom, he carried composed under his rule widespread territories in central, western, and southern Europe, and the Spanish colonies in the Asia and Americas.

The first Continental Congress adjourned in Philadelphia on 26th October, 1774. The Continental Congress is also called as the Philadelphia Congress. This was an agreement of several delegates what originally called from the Thirteen Colonies. This became the governing body of the United States in the American Rebellion. The Congress met from the year 1774 to year 1789 in three embodiments. The Royal Charter was exhausted on the coast of Anglesey, north Wales and 459 people died on 26th October, 1859. Royal Charter was a steam ship and this was wrecked off the seashore of Porth Alerth in Dulas Bay on the north-east coast of Anglesey on 26th October 1859. The accurate number of dead is undefined as the whole passenger list was lost in the accident though an imperfect list. This is reserved in the Victorian Archives Centre in, Victoria, Australia. Around 450 people were lost what is the maximum death toll of any wreckage on the Welsh coast. This was the most protruding prey among about 200 ships wrecked by the Royal Charter Storm. This ship was considered a very fast ship and it was able to make the channel to Australia via Cape Horn in under 60 days.

The Pony Express officially ceased operations on 26th October, 1861.

The Gunfight at the O.K. Corral held at Tombstone, Arizona on 26th October, 1881. The Pony Express was a popular mail service. This was used for delivering newspapers, mail and messages from one place to another. This was operating as the Leavenworth and Pike’s Peak Express Company of 1859 as official name. In the year 1860, this became the Central Overland California and Pikes Peak Express Company; this organization was developed by William H. Russell, Alexander Majors, and William B. Waddell, all of whom were prominent in the freighting business. During its 19 months of process, this abridged the time for messages to travel between the Pacific and Atlantic shores to around 10 days.

Sweden accepted the freedom of Norway on 26th October, 1905. Sweden is formally called the Kingdom of Sweden. This is a Scandinavian country what is located in Northern Europe. It boundaries started from Norway to the west and north and Finland to the east. It is linked to Denmark in the southwest by a bridge-tunnel across the Öresund. Norway is formally called the Empire of Norway. It is an independent state and unitary kingdom whose territory includes the western portion of the Scandinavian Peninsula plus the isolated island of Jan Mayen and the archipelago of Svalbard.

During the World War I, on 26th October, 1917, Brazil declared battle on the Central Powers.Brazil primarily accepted a neutral position, in contract with the Hague Convention, in an effort to manage the markets for its export quality products, mostly coffee, latex and industrial or factory-made items. Following recurring sinking of Brazilian commercial ships by German submarines, in the year 1917 the Brazilian President Venceslau Brás avowed battle against the Central Powers. This was the only country of Latin America to be straightly related in the war. The Central Powers is mainly consisting of Austria-Hungary, Germany, the Ottoman Territory and Bulgaria. It is also called Quadruple Alliance. It was one of the two major parties during the World War I. It faced and was overcome by the Associated Powers that had developed around the Triple Entente. The Powers’ origin was the association of Germany and Austria-Hungary in the year 1879.

The Chicago Theatre opened for public on 26th October, 1921. The Chicago Theatre is familiar as the Balaban and Katz Chicago Theatre. This is a landmark theater what is situated on North State Street in the Loop area of Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. It was built in the year 1921. The Chicago Theatre was the flagship for the Katz and Balaban group of theaters run by A. J. Balaban, his brother Barney Balaban and partner Sam Katz. Along with the other B&K theaters, from the year 1925 to year 1945 the Chicago Theatre was a leading movie theater enterprise. The Chicago Theatre is used for performing arts venue for stage plays, comedy, magic shows, speeches, and popular music concerts.

The first electric generator at Hoover Dam went into full operation on 26th October, 1936. Ngô Đình Diệm declares himself Premier of South Vietnam. Ngô Đình Diệm was a South Vietnamese politician. He was a previous mandarin of the Nguyễn dynasty. He was known as Prime Minister of the State of Vietnam by Head of State Bảo Đại in the year 1954. In October 1955, after charming a heavily rigged poll, he deposed Bảo Đại and recognized the first Republic of Vietnam, with himself as president. He was a leader of the Catholic element and was opposite by Buddhists.
